When you call the chancery you will hear an automated greeting. Here are a couple of hints: 1. At any time during the greeting you can dial “0” and get the receptionist. 2. At any time during the greeting you can enter an extension and be transferred to that office immediately. 3. There is a staff directory which can be accessed from the main greeting. Just listen to the prompts. We have identified two offices that receive the majority of phone calls, those being the Tribunal and the Office of Safe Environment. We have installed direct lines into these offices. If you call these numbers, you will bypass the chancery general greeting and the receptionist altogether.  Here are the numbers:      Safe Environment: 218/281-4224      Tribunal: 218/281-4050 You can also still reach these offices by their extensions when you call the main Chancery number.
