The Bishop’s Guild consists of members who give to the Diocesan Annual Appeal at a level of $1200 or greater. Bishop Hoeppner has traditionally celebrated Mass followed by a banquet with Bishop’s Guild members in late summer each year. This year, he invites Bishop Guild members to join him for fellowship, prayer, and a walleye dinner at St. Lawrence Church in Mentor, MN on August 19, 2012. This event will include a pontoon ride around Maple Lake with Bishop, as weather permits. A very generous anonymous donor has stepped forward to sponsor this event for the enjoyment of all involved. Your commitment to the Diocesan Annual Appeal sustains the Diocese of Crookston financially of course, but even more importantly, it sustains the heart and souls of our Pastors and Lay Ministers called to do the Lord’s work.
