• Applications clearly supporting needs outlined in the Pastoral Letter Meeting Christ, Living Christ will be given priority. • Your project should fall under one of these categories: 1. Catholic School Subsidy 2. Retreats & Missions 3. Faith Formation 4. Marriage Support, 5. Catechesis & Formation • The Committee prefers to review grant applications for Catechesis & Evangelization in the Fall Grant Cycle, after the Diocesan catechesis leadership position has been filled. • Deadlines for applications:     Spring Award (May): April 15, 2012     Fall Award (November): October 15, 2012 • CCF Grant awards will be merit-based rather than need-based. • A report of how CCF funds were used must be made by April 15, 2013 for the May award or October 15, 2013 for the November award. Failure to report in a timely manner will result in funding being unavailable to the parish in the next year. Please use the Report Form to make your report.* *It is not necessary to complete a Report Form for a Catholic School Subsidy

To Apply for a CCF Grant: 1. Become familiar with the Goals in Bishop Hoeppner’s Pastoral Letter: Meeting Christ, Living Christ 2. Read Instructions for Preparing a Grant Application 3. Complete the 2012 CCF Spring or Fall Grant Application: a. Using the blue buttons to the right, click to open either a Spring or Fall application.       b. Choose SAVE to save the application to your computer (to your desk top or documents file). c. Open the application on your computer. Use your mouse or Tab key to navigate from           field to field. Save the completed application to your computer. c. Print the completed application for mailing d. Include these supporting documents: i. Endorsement Form: Print this form and bring to your pastor for his signature ii. Detailed budget for the project/program      iii.
