The Pastoral Leadership Program of the Diocese of Crookston
provides Catholic adults with the tools needed for leadership,
ministry and service to their local parish and community.
The weekend of May 2nd and 3rd will be reserved for make-up
dates if necessary.
•
To provide opportunity for ministerial formation through courses
that meet the national certification standards and formation
principles as articulated by various Vatican documents and
documents from the United States Conference of Catholic
Bishops
•
To provide guidance in discernment for program participants
•
To provide quality theology courses that enable participants to
qualify for diocesan certification, lay ecclesial ministry (LEM)
state certification or ordination to the permanent diaconate
•
To provide an opportunity for the foundation and training for
catechetical, liturgical or parish ministry
•
To network with Catholic universities and colleges and other
formation programs for academic resources, undergraduate
credit and opportunity for continued formation
