These benefits are administered by Assurant Employee Benefits. These benefits are automatically provided to all full-time employees. The cost of these benefits is paid by the employer.

Plan Summary

Amount of Life Insurance: 150% of annual pay, with a maximum face value of $50,000; coverage decreases to 100% of annual pay at age 65, and 50% of annual pay at age 70

Accelerated Benefit option available if you have a qualifying medical condition

Amount of Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance: equal to amount of life insurance

Also provides Automobile Accident Benefit and Higher Education Benefit
