2/15/08--Updated the workers’ compensation pages in the Benefits section to reflect changes made to the procedure for filing a workers’ compensation claim.

1/4/08--Updated information on the medical insurance coverage to reflect the new deductible options available 1/1/08; added information on the new Health Savings Account benefit available 1/1/08; updated the maximum plan benefit figure for the dental insurance plan.

2/28/07--Added the memo discussing budgets to the Recent Mailings section.

2/1/07--Added a memo discussing the workers’ compensation renewal and a change to the health insurance in the “Recent Mailings” section; updated the Worker’s Compensation information in the “Benefits” section to reflect the change in carriers; added information about coverage of certain over-the-counter drugs to the health insurance page in the “Benefits” section

11/9/06--Updated the medical insurance rates in the “Benefit Administration-Rates” section; A memo about the medical insurance renewal is now in the “Recent Mailings” section; the Coverage Program Summary in the “Property/Liability Insurance” section has been updated to reflect the changes to our coverage that took effect 7/1/06 .

6/23/06--A memo about the Property/Liability Insurance Renewal is now in the “Recent Mailings” section.

6/14/06--The FY06 version of the Statement of Accountability is now in the “Parish Acct” section.

4/25/06--The diocesan billing sent out at the end of April contains a credit labeled “Work Comp Exp Mod”. A memo was added to the “Recent Mailings” section explaining the credit.

4/21/06--Added a memo providing an update on the property insurance rate revaluation to the Recent Mailings section; the Information Sheet for New Employes, Notice of Change/New Participant Enrollment form, and First Report of Injury form have all been converted to “fill-in PDFs” that can be completed on your computer.

4/11/06--We have a new Catholic Mutual account representative. His name and contact information have been added to the Property/Liability Insurance section.
